Dr. James Bok Wong and Dr. Betty KC Yeow Scholarship Endowment for Students Seeking Teaching Credentials

The purpose of the fund is to establish an endowed scholarship for students seeking the Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with a Mandarin Chinese Bilingual authorization or a single Subject Teaching Credential in teaching of Mandarin. The primary criteria are academic achievement and professional promise. Secondary criteria include an interest in Mandarin Chinese bilingual education. The student’s academic record should show potential for a successful career in K-12 education.
