Robert and Diana Kelly Endowed Scholarship

The Robert and Diana Kelly Endowed Scholarship award is intended for a student whose academic performance would be improved by working fewer hours and who is currently under performing academically (i.e. a C plus student who is capable of being B student). Recipient must be an ECST undergraduate major who works greater than 20 hours per week out of necessity and whose academic performance would be improved by working fewer hours. The Scholarship is renewable is the student’s GPA improves from the time of receiving the scholarship. The student must be a junior and their GPA must be between 2.3 and 2.9. The scholarship is renewable (for their senior year) if the student’s subsequent quarterly GPA improves from the time of receiving the scholarship to 2.8 for the 2.3 student or to 3.4 for the 2.9 student. The student should also demonstrate a capacity for leardership as demonstrated through student design projects, design competitions or student chapters of professional societies.
