James A. Penn Memorial Scholarship

The scholarship will be awarded to a non-traditional (re-entry) student majoring in classical voice performance or choral music education. If there are no eligible non-traditional students, consideration will then go to a traditional student who has plans to teach choral music or is studying classical voice performance.
