The Hugh Englis Mullins Scholarship is for a student with a 3.0 GPA. Financial need. Open only to music students. Priority: 1) Music students majoring in composition or theory. 2) Performers who will assist composition majors’ at junior, senior or honors recitals 3) music students other than theory or composition.
