Rosemary Low Scholarship

The Rosemary Low Scholarship recipient must have completed at least 12 quarter units at Cal State LA and a 3.0 or higher GPA. Upper or lower division student with academic major in Finance or Management preferred, but not mandatory. Send transcripts each quarter, do needs analysis, student must have financial need, must be single, divorced, separated, unmarried, with at least 1 child.
